Our team is led by Derek, the owner, who brings over 25 years of experience in hydronics and plumbing. Alongside him is Chris, a master plumber and educator at Salt Lake Community College, who is a third-generation plumber with a profound expertise in radiant heating, hydronics, and plumbing. Both Derek and Chris have completed numerous training programs with numeruous boiler manufacturers, earning advanced certifications that qualify them to install and service their products confidently.

The Other Buddy guys not only replaced the zone control unit, but also diagnosed a piping problem, added system protection, and installed a mixing valve to fix a hot water temperature issue — all for a very reasonable price.

These guys are legit! Jared came out and got my system up and running at no cost. Extremely knowledgeable on boiler systems which is a rare thing these days. A few weeks later our electrician shorted out the boiler and Jared was over right away. Highly recommend these guys for any boiler needs!
